Billyground, Mar 13: A new-born baby who was declared dead by a Staff Nurse yesterday but was later found alive, few minutes before her burial, died early this morning at Mayabunder Hospital. She was shifted to Mayabunder from Billygrond for better treatment. Till now the DHS or the DC N & M Andaman has not informed media about action taken against the Staff Nurse, who had declared the new born baby dead.
