Port Blair, Feb 14: The PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma along with PRI members and general public of Sippighat gram panchayat met the Chief Secretary Anand Prakash on 11th February, 2014 and informed him that during his recent visit to Bimblitan, the people of the area has requested him to approach to the proper authority for two additional trips of STS bus at 12.30 noon and at 7.30 PM for their welfare. Kuldeep has stated that at present there are total five trips of STS services in a day, but these additional trips will allow the elderly person and womenfolk who are unable to avail the earlier services due to various household and health reasons. By availing these additional trips they may go for medical checkups and complete other important works and come back at their ease. The Chief Secretary has given a patient hearing and assured to look into the matter.
