Port Blair, Jan 07: The Patron Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President Shri. P.Kannan, General Secretary Shri. S.K.Majumdar, other office Bearers and all affiliated associations of GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES FEDERATION, A&N Islands have condoled the demise of Advocate A.S.Roy, Calcutta High Court, Kolkata on 06.02.2014 at 8.05 p.m. at his residence at Kolkata. Advocate A.S.Roy was the Senior Legal Advisor of Govt. Employees Federation for more than a decade and his valuable advises and contribution extended for the development of Govt. Employees Federation shall be remembered forever. The Federation has lost a sincere, dedicated and admirable Legal Advisor (Advocate) forever.
The office bearers of Govt. Employees Federation have expressed their sorrow and observed two minutes silence in the Federation’s office at Gandhi Bhavan, Port Blair on 07.02.2014 for departed soul and prayed almighty to rest his soul in peace and give berth in heaven and also prayed to give enough courage to his family members to bear the irrecoverable loss.
Very sad to hear about the untimely demise of A.S. Roy, Advocate. Very friendly and a good person.
