Port Blair, Jan 30: It seems that we have learnt nothing from the tourist boat capsize incident, in which 22 tourists were killed. Overloading has become a tradition in these Islands everyone one can see overloaded vehicles, including school bus, school vans and other cargo vehicles.
Andaman Sheekha is publishing two such photographs in first photographs one can see nearly 20 labourers stuffed in an old cargo jeep and in second photograph one can see nearly 12 school children inside a school ferry van.
