Port Blair, Jan 11: Island Tourism Festival is scheduled to be held from Jan 14 – 24, 2014 in A&N Islands. The Department of Art & Culture will be organizing cultural programmes in different venues of Port Blair and other islands in the evening hours during the festival days. In this context, the Department of Art & Culture, A&N Administration intends to hire the services of six stage announcers or programme coordinators for the festival @ ` 330/- per day. Interested persons, preferably above 20 years, having capability of presenting and co-ordinating programmes may attend interview–cum-selection at Andaman Club on Jan 13, 2014 at 3 pm, a communication from the Director (Art & Culture) said.
