Port Blair, Dec 09: Under the influence of Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “MADI” over Southwest Bay and adjoining West central Bay of Bengal, Strong East to Southeasterly wind speed exceeding 45 kmph and generally rough seas likely along and off Andaman & Nicobar coast. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea.
