Port Blair, Dec 2: The Tuesday’s public hearing by the Lt Governor on 3rd December 2013 has been postponed. However, persons desirous to present their grievances can submit the same to the Secretary to Lt Governor in Raj Niwas from 11.00 am to 12.00 noon on this day.
