Port Blair, Sep 13: The Secretary to Govt. of India, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, New Delhi, Mrs. Vibha Puri Das arrived at Port Blair today on a three-day visit to the islands. On completion of tour, the Secretary will leave for the mainland on September 16, 2013.
