Port Blair, Aug 26: In a Press conference held at Media Room in Directorate of IP&T today Mr. Amit Satija, Director, IP&T informed the media that the Lt. Governor , Andaman and Nicobar Islands is going to address the 1st Indira Gandhi National Memorial Lecture at BRAIT auditorium on 4th of September 2013. He further informed that the lecture will be on issues of National Security and the entry is free with passes which will be provided to the public shortly after intimation through the media.
