Port Blair, Aug 14: PCC President Kuldeep Rai Sharma and all leaders have greeted the islanders on the great occasion of 67th Independence Day.
In his message Mr. Sharma says, “ Till independence, there was no true national festival that the whole country could take part of. Independence day, beginning as a day to commemorate the greatest moment in Indian history, has now come to signify a feeling of nationalism, solidarity and celebration. We must feel proud in celebrating this day and celebrate this day with full honour and enthusiasm and pledge that we will never accept the way of hatred, violence, anger and put aside our petty quarrels and factions. We should work together for our Nation with the devotion of a child towards a mother.”
