Port Blair, Aug 6: Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament has expressed his sincere gratitude to present Lt. Governor for taking proper cognizance to the all communication forwarded by Member of Parliament related to public issues.
Recently the MP had requested the Lt. Governor for age relaxation of the candidates of the “Sarva Shiksha AbhiyaN” vide letter No. 30/BPR/MP/ANI/LG/2013/626, dated, 1st August, 2013 and extension of last date up to 5th Aug 2013 of application.
According to a release issued by the MP after receiving the letter, the Lt. Governor immediately directed to the Chief Secretary, A & N Administration to look into the matter vide his communication D.O No. SLG/PS/2013, dated 05 Aug, 2013.
