Port Blair, July 31, 2013: Mr. P.B. Murugan, Chairperson, PBMC and Mr. S. Arumugam, Sr. Vice Chairperson, PBMC together with Mr. Rakesh Bali, Secretary, PBMC and officers of the Council visited New Pahargaon Junction in Ward No. 18 today at 10 am where construction of Earthen Pond with steps, walk-away with tiles, RCC benches is proposed for an estimated cost of about Rs.30.00 lakhs. Mr. P.B. Murugan, Chairperson, PBMC, after inspection of the area, directed the EE (Works), PBMC to take up the work immediately as it is a long pending demand of the Ward Councillor and it will be beneficial to the residents of New Pahargoan village.
