Sri Vijaya Puram, October 29: The electricity consumers have been told that the power supply shall be suspended in the following areas of Sri Vijaya Puram for carrying out the oil filtration of Power Transformers installed at Garacharma Sub Station as part of preventive maintenance work. In addition to the said work, maintenance work on the ABS Murda Khadi distribution transformer structure and the 11 KV HT ABC cable near the solar plant will be carried out. The details of the power supply to be suspended are mentioned below.
On 31/10/2026 (Saturday), from 7 AM to 12 noon, the power supply will be suspended on the following feeders.
Garacharma Feeder: Laxmi Motor, Shivaji Colony, TR Housing, MR Housing, Garacharma Basti, Susan Rose, Garacharma Medical, Kali Mandir, TTI Road, Pump House, Murda Khadi, IMFC and the full area of the Garacharma feeder.
Chidiyatapu Feeder: Prothrapur, Austinabad, Mariyamma Temple area, part of Pathergudda, the area near Ummat Public School, Brichgunj, Brookshabad, Anna Nagar Burmanallah, Rangachang, Kodiyaghat, PTS Chidiyatapu and part of Beodnabad.
Brookshabad Feeder: Bird Line, Mahaveer Nagar, Kamraj Nagar, Beodnabad, Rangachang, Burmanallah and Chidiyatapu.
The aforementioned time is tentative and may vary subject to weather conditions. If the work is completed before the scheduled time, the feeder/line will be charged accordingly.
