Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 14: The draft Andaman and Nicobar Islands Fire and Emergency Services Rules, 2026, framed pursuant to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Fire and Emergency Services Regulation, 2026, has been placed in the public domain to facilitate consultation with stakeholders and the general public before finalization. The draft Rules are available for reference on the official websites of the Andaman and Nicobar Administration. All stakeholders and members of the public are invited to submit their comments and suggestions.
Comments and suggestions may be sent by email to the Superintendent of Police (Fire), Andaman and Nicobar Islands, at spfire.and@gov.in, within 30 days from the date of publication of this Press Release. Submissions should clearly identify the relevant Rule or provision and indicate proposed modifications, wherever applicable.
