Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept 22: In a significant outreach initiative, Mr. Sushant Padha, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, North & Middle Andaman, along with Revenue Officials and representatives of concerned Line Departments, undertook the first-ever visit by a DC to Budhanallah Village under Pahalgaon Gram Panchayat. The team undertook an approximately one-hour walk to reach the remote village.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with the villagers and students and heard their concerns, particularly regarding road connectivity and settlement-related issues. He assured that the matters concerning the village will be resolved at the earliest. The visit reflects the Administration’s commitment to reaching even remote habitations and addressing public grievances through direct, on-ground interaction.
