Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug. 28: The Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH&VS), in collaboration with UT ATMA under Prothrapur Block, conducted a demonstration programme on Brooder Management at the field of Shri Manoj Kumar, Sippighat Village.
As part of the programme, 120 Day-Old Vanaraja chicks were provided to the beneficiary. The demonstration covered essential aspects of brooder management, including proper temperature, feeding, watering, hygiene and general care of chicks.
The programme was conducted by, Senior Veterinary Officer, VH Garacharma, with the objective of promoting scientific poultry-rearing practices among farmers.
