Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 06: As part of the Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan, Mr. Nivedith Alva, AICC Secretary & Observer (SSA), held an interactive meeting with the members and office bearers of the South Block Congress Committee, led by Mr. P. B. Murugan, Block Congress President.
During the meeting, Mr. Alva interacted with party leaders and grassroots workers to review the organisational structure, discuss measures for strengthening the Congress at the booth and block levels, and encourage greater participation in the party’s organisational activities.
The meeting also formed part of the ongoing process for the selection of the District Congress Committee President, South Andaman District. Mr. Alva emphasized the importance of a transparent, democratic, and inclusive selection process to ensure strong and effective leadership for the organisation.
Mr. Nivedith Alva was on a two-day visit to the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, during which he conducted a series of meetings with party leaders, office bearers, and workers across South Andaman to reinforce the Congress organisation and further the objectives of the Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan.
