Sri Vijaya Puram, July 29: Mr. N.K. Udhaya Kumar, State General Secretary (Organisation), Hindu Rashtra Shakti and former Chairperson, SVPMC, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, welcomed the passage of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026 by the Lok Sabha and expressed gratitude to the NDA Government for taking a decisive step towards strengthening the integrity, transparency and credibility of India’s examination system.
He expressed sincere gratitude to Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi for his continued commitment towards protecting the future and aspirations of India’s youth and ensuring a fair and transparent examination system.
He also conveyed appreciation to Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah and the NDA Government for strengthening the legal and institutional framework to effectively tackle organised examination fraud and paper leaks.
The Bill’s provisions for stricter punishments, Special Fast Track Courts, time-bound investigations, Special Public Prosecutors and an expedited appellate mechanism will help ensure that those involved in organised examination malpractice are brought to justice swiftly.
Mr. Udhaya Kumar particularly appreciated Dr. Jitendra Singh for effectively explaining the provisions and objectives of the Bill during the Lok Sabha debate and for giving detailed responses to the concerns raised by Members of Parliament.
He stated that paper leaks and organised examination fraud can destroy the hard work, aspirations and future of lakhs of honest students. Every deserving student must receive a fair opportunity based on merit, dedication and hard work.
