Sri Vijaya Puram, July 24: In exercise of the powers conferred under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act No. 59 of 1988), read with the Andaman and Nicobar Administration’s Notification No. 32 95/2008-TR dated 10th March, 2008, the District Magistrate, South Andaman District, hereby imposes a complete restriction on the movement of all four-wheeler vehicles on the road leading from PM KV-I School to Carmel Senior Secondary School with immediate effect until the completion of the ongoing culvert construction work, in the interest of public safety.
This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force until the completion of the ongoing culvert construction work or until it is withdrawn by a subsequent order of the District Magistrate, South Andaman District, whichever is earlier.
