Sri Vijaya Puram, June 14: Mr. Manojit Halder Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Harinagar, met with Mr. Krishna Chaitanya, Assistant Commissioner, Mayabunder, on the direction of Mr. Sushant Padha IAS, Deputy Commissioner, North & Middle Andaman, to discuss several administrative and developmental issues affecting the panchayat. During the meeting, the Pradhan highlighted various public concerns and requested timely intervention for their resolution. The Assistant Commissioner patiently heard the issues raised and informed the Pradhan that, as per the direction of Deputy Commissioner North & Middle Andaman, a letter has been issued to NHIDCL for construction of Bus Stand cum Toilets at various places under Harinagar Gram Panchayat.
Regarding the NHIDCL issue, the Assistant Commissioner took a positive approach and issued a letter to the ED, NHIDCL for immediate resolution of the matter and directed that an action taken report be submitted to the district administration. For this prompt intervention, the Pradhan expressed sincere gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner and the Assistant Commissioner.
The meeting focused on improving public services, infrastructure, and overall development within Gram Panchayat Harinagar, reflecting the administration’s commitment to addressing the needs and concerns of local residents.
