Port Blair, May 29: In the press release issued by Education Department, it is mentioned that four schools have brought cent percent results in CBSE class XII exams but the names were not disclosed for reasons unknown. However, when Andaman Sheekha contacted officials of Education Department to know the names, it was found that one senior officials of Education Department dropped the call of Andaman Sheekha to avoid any such question why another senior official refused to provide the names.
However, the style of refusing amazed this press. “Saab wo Schooloo ka naam bataney sey mana kiya hai (Sir has told us not to disclose the names of those schools)” was the reply of Statistical Officer of Education Department, when Andaman Sheekha called him to know the names. Now the questions is whether the Directorate of Education is trying to hide those names? If yes, then Why?
