On the joyous occasion of Children’s Day on 14th November 2025, I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to all children of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Children embody innocence, curiosity, and hope—the very essence of a nation’s future. Like tender buds, they must be nurtured with love, care, and guidance so that they blossom into responsible, compassionate, and capable citizens who can shape a brighter tomorrow.
Children’s Day reminds us to celebrate the boundless imagination, dreams, and potential that every child carries. Each child is gifted with unique talents, and it is the collective duty of parents, teachers, and society to create an environment that encourages learning, joy, and holistic growth.
The children of our islands have consistently brought laurels through their commendable performances in academics, sports, and cultural pursuits, showcasing their dedication and excellence while carrying forward our diverse cultural heritage.
The A&N Administration remains steadfast in its commitment to ensure quality education, proper nutrition, safety, and opportunities for every child—empowering them to become confident, self-reliant, and responsible citizens of our great nation.
On this occasion, I urge all children to cherish their childhood, dream big, and channel their energy and creativity to contribute actively towards the Prime Minister’s vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
Happy Children’s Day!
