Port Blair, May 07: Samar Kumar Paul, former Zilla Parishad Member of Kalighat, Diglipur Tehsil has joined the INC on 6th May, 2013 along with his followers. Paul has expressed full faith in the policies and the efforts being made by the Congress Party under the dynamic leadership of the ANTCC President, Kuldeep Rai Sharma towards ensuring the welfare of the Islanders. Sharma welcomed Samar Kumar Paul and his followers into the Congress fold at Gandhi Bhawan.
