Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 31: The CISF Unit at Sri Vijaya Puram Airport celebrated Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 and Rashtriya Ekta Diwas with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour, commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The celebrations began with a spirited “Run for Unity” under the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility.” CISF personnel actively participated in the run from the CISF Unit Line to Dairy Farm and back, spreading the message of unity, integrity, and collective responsibility.
A solemn pledge ceremony followed, in which CISF personnel reaffirmed their commitment to uphold the nation’s unity, integrity, and security. As part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Campaign, pamphlets were distributed among passengers, promoting transparency, ethical conduct, and anti-corruption values. The celebrations concluded with wholehearted participation, reflecting the spirit of unity, vigilance, and dedication to national service.
