Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 29: The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, has launched the National Talent Hunt Competition under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) on the MyGov platform to promote awareness on drug demand reduction and to encourage the creativity of youth across the country. The competition will be conducted in three stages:
1. District Level – Quiz (September 25- October 24,2025)
2. State/UT Level – Essay Writing (October 27- November 07, 2025)
3. National Level – Elocution / Group Discussion (2nd week of November, 2025)
Winners at each level will get an opportunity to showcase their talent and will be suitably recognised. This initiative aims to engage young minds, spread awareness about the ill effects of substance abuse, and build a drug-free society.
The Directorate of Social Welfare, Andaman & Nicobar Administration, appeals to students, youth and institutions to actively participate in the competition through the MyGov portal (www.mygov.in).
