Sri Vijaya Puram, Sep 24: On 24/09/2025 Mr. Venkateswar Rao, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Shivapuram invited Mr. Vikash Kumar, Assistant Commissioner, Rangat, Middle Andaman to discuss various burning issues related to developmental activities under GP Shivapuram.
During his visit he first inspected PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Panchawati and interacted with the students and Teacher In-Charge and further inspected the availability of infrastructure such as Boys Hostel, Mess, Kitchen and Multipurpose Hall and directed the concerned of JNV Panchawati to take necessary steps for the improvement of the basic necessities. Further he visited the Govt. Middle School Panchawati and examined the whereabouts of the infrastructure availability and assured to take up the matter with concerned department for necessary rapair and maintenance, further he also witnessed the Painting Competition organized by the Gram Panchayat Shivapuram as part of Swachhata Seva Fortnight for school children’s.
In the end he inspected the National Highway near Karthik Tikery where the road has been damaged due to land sliding and water logging and assured to take up the matter with the authorities of the National Highway.
During the occasion Mr. R. Madhavan, Up-Adyaksh, N & M Andaman, Mrs. Sita Majhi, Pramukh, Panchayat Samiti, Rangat, Mr. Debasis Patwari Betapur and Mr. B Ashok, PRI Member Panchawati Village were also present.
