Sri Vijaya Puram, Sep 21: Under Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar campaign, a Health Camp was organized at Community Hall Buniyadabad today under UHC Delanipur. The program started with the lighting of lamps by the chief guest Mrs. Laxmi Ganeshan, Councillor and Mr. K. Ganeshan, Ex-Councillor alongwith other dignitaries. During the camp Dr. H M Siddaraju Deputy Director (FW)/ Joint Secretary (RCH-II) briefly introduced the program and informed the main objective of SNSPA.
Services provided during the camp included health check up by paediatrician, NCD Screening, TB Screening, Anaemia screening, ANC Check-up, Immunization, Awareness of Menstrual Hygiene and Nutrition for Women. In collaboration with ICDS food basket healthy recipes were displayed by AWWs. Altogether, 50 beneficiaries benefited from the programme.
