Port Blair, Apr 21: World Book and Copyright Day will be celebrated in State Library from 23rd to 25th April 2013. Dr. R. Devdas, Director of Education will be the chief guest on the occasion, the inaugural function will start at 5:00 Pm on 23rd April 2013. The exhibition will be opened from 11:30 Am to 7:30 Pm the entry is free for all. The exhibition is a step by the Directorate of Education to regenerate interests among all towards books.
