Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 07: As part of the District Administration’s outreach initiative, Mr. Vinayak Chamadia, IAS, Additional District Magistrate/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, South Andaman, visited Little Andaman on 06th August 2025.
During the visit, the ADM/SDM (SA) along with Mr. Firoj Alam, DANIPS (EG), SDPO Swaraj Dweep, Pramukh, Panchayat Samiti Little Andaman and the Tehsildar, Little Andaman inaugurated an e-Patwarkhana at the Patwari Office, Ramkrishna Pur Village. The facility is equipped with modern IT infrastructure to enable online delivery of land and revenue services. An e-Corner has also been set up to facilitate easy access to various citizen-centric online services for residents of R.K. Pur and nearby areas.
As part of the launch, digitally certified documents were issued and handed over to applicants, marking a key milestone in the digitization of public services. The initiative reflects the Administration’s commitment to “Digital Governance at the Doorstep,” promoting inclusive, efficient and transparent service delivery.
