Sri Vijaya Puram, June 6: On the occassion of World Ocean Day, a mega cleaniless drive will be organized at Corbyn’s Cove beach. Citizens have been urged to participate for making plastic free ocean and environment before it ends the living organisms of mother Earth. Sri Vijaya Puram Municipal Council has invited all citizens to participate in this beach cleanup event at Corbyn’s Cove Beach on June 8 at 6.30 AM.
This year’s theme focuses on eliminating plastic pollution before it severely impacts the living organisms of our planet. The Council urges everyone to come together, take responsibility, and contribute to keep the environment clean, green, and hygienic for the well-being of all life on Earth. Let’s join hands in this important mission, and together, take a pledge to protect and preserve our oceans and environment.
