Port Bair, Mar 25: Mr. B.P Ray, Member of Parliament, Andaman and Nicobar Island today donated the first Tri-Cycle Honda Activa to a Physically Disabled Person of Diglipur Mr. Anand Mistry in a simple function held today at LMS Honda, Junglighat.
The Tri-Cycle is donated under the Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLAD). Mr. B.P Ray also inaugurated the Honda Safety Riding Equipment today in the same function.
The Selection of Honda for providing the Tri-Cycle was done by proper market study by the District Commissioner, North and Middle Andaman.
Honda was selected to provide the tri-cycle because the company was providing Sales, Servicing, Spares and Safety. Honda is the only company in the market which started providing safety guidelines and training through its Road Emulator in its showroom.
Honda Activa Scooter is well equipped and best in class scooter in the market today and the company has manufactured the Tri-Cycle version of the scooter with same specifications and the First scooter of the kind in these Islands was donated by Mr. Ray today.
Further Mr. Ray after Inaugurating the Honda Safety Equipments also tested it and he was pretty satisfied with the services provided by Honda to its customers.
