Port Blair, Mar 17: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of A & N Police has registered a case against four hotels for not depositing Form C in the Immigration Department, which is mandatory to as per the law. Form C, helps security agencies to keep a tab on arrival and departure of foreign tourists in any local hotel.
The case was registered on the basis of a complaint lodged by the immigration unit. The four hotels, against which the FIR has been launched are, Nagri Inn, TST Emerald View, The Nest of Barefoot Holidays and The Marine View.
