Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 20: The State Institute of Education in collaboration with National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) conducted a six days Capacity Building Programme on School Leadership Development for newly promoted 46 Vice Principals from Oct.14 to 19, 2024 in the Conference Hall of Shiksha Sadan, Sri Vijaya Puram. Mr. L. Kumar, IAS, Secretary (Education) graced the occasion with his presence and motivated the Vice Principals to transform the school education by implementing the knowledge gained during the workshop.
In his address, Mr. Aditya Kumar Jha, Director (Education) emphasized on enhancing their skills and competencies. The module named ‘ANKURAN’ for Foundational Literacy and Numeracy was released by the Director (Education).
Mrs. Sangeeta Chand, Principal, State Institute of Education briefed about the book ‘ANKURAN’. Dr. Kashypi Awasti, Assistant Professor, NIEPA (Coordinator) and Dr. Preeti Vivek Mishra, Associate Professor, Delhi University conducted the capacity building workshop.
The programme concluded with the distribution of Participation Certificate to all the participants.
