Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 08: As a part of “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign Botanical Survey of India, organized a tree plantation programme at Satsang Vihar, Lambaline, South Andaman. Tree planting programme was inaugurated by Addl. Director & Regional Head, Dr. Lal Singh with the planting saplings of Andaman Grapes (Khatta Phal). All the Scientists, Staff of BSI, Members of Satsang Vihar actively participated and planted the sampling of tree species of Andaman Grapes.
