Port Blair, July 14: In a significant stride towards combating Tuberculosis (TB) in A&N Islands, the TSG Charitable Foundation distributed nutrition kits to 21 TB patients undergoing treatment in UHC Delanipur, UHC Haddo and UHC Dairy Farm.
This initiative focuses on the nutritional needs of TB patients, ensuring that they adhere to their treatment regimen, improve their diet, and achieve faster recovery.
The nutritional kits were handed over to the TB patients by Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman, TSG Charitable Foundation in the presence of Doctors and Staffs of the UHC. He was also accompanied by Mr. Saji Varghese, Social Worker and Mr. Sebastian Tirkey, Social Worker during the distribution programme.
