Port Blair, May 14: Mr. Sankar Mondal, Zilla Parishad Member of Harinagar Constituency, North and Middle Andaman, has been suspended indefinitely from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The decision follows his alleged involvement in anti-party activities and cross-voting during the recent Adhyaksh & Up-Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad Elections in the region.
Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, President of A & N State BJP, emphasized that such actions contradict the party’s principles and values.
