Port Blair, Feb 14: Pointing out the matter of bad roads of North Bay, the President of Pradesh Congress Committee has written a letter to the Chief Engineer of APWD stating that North Bay is already in the map of world tourism for its unique serene beauty and water sports etc. For this, he said that flow of tourists and local populace has increased considerably to the island.
“Though one can reach to North Bay through Sea route, most of them like their journey by road,” Sharma said in his letter.
Sharma in his letter requested for immediate construction of black top road from Hope town to North Bay for the welfare and convenience of the local populace, tourists and also for boosting of tourism sector.
