Port Blair, Mar 17: It is hereby brought to the notice of the general public that with a view to conduct free and fair elections to the House of People (Lok Sabha), all the residents of South Andaman District have been appealed to refrain from taking any bribe and in case, anybody offers any bribe or is having knowledge about the bribe or case of threat/intimidation of electors, may inform on Toll Free Number 1950 of the 24×7 Complaint Monitoring Cell being a monitoring mechanism activated during election. The Complaint Monitoring Cell has been made operational to receive complaints and will accordingly act strictly, a press release from District Election Office, SA said.
