Port Blair, Mar 10: Botanical Survey of India Andaman and Nicobar Regional Centre observed International Women’s Day-2024. During celebration Addl. Director and Regional Head Dr. Lal Singh, wished and greeted all the women staffs. Dr. Singh emphasized upon Ancient Philosophy (Yatrya Pujayente Nari, Tatra Ramante Devata) and to inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion and forge a better world. All the women’s were felicitated during this occasion. Along with officials of BSI, Port Blair SAO, Mr. Rajesh Kr. Gupt and AAO, Mr. Binod Kr. Sah from Director General of Audit, Kolkata were present in this event.
