Port Blair, Jan 05: The Gram Panchayat, Harinagar started a new work under MGNREGA of constructing MI Pond in the land of Mr. Ramen Sutradhar at Pinakinagar-1, Harinagar.
Mr. Hiranmoy Roy, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Harinagar inaugurated the work in the presence of Mr. Govinda Mondal, G.G.S, Harinagar on Jan 04 2013.
During this the sub work will be constructing of the approached earthen footpath, fencing of pond and concrete steps. The estimated cost of this work will be Rs. 4, 85, 420 and the man days of 1824. The engagement of total labour will be 60 persons.
