Port Blair, Nov. 10: The Pondicherry University in its communique has informed that the students who have completed the course in 2023 can get their Degree Certificate only under Tatkal Scheme. Students those who are interested to avail this opportunity may apply for Degree Certificate after collecting the Provisional Certificate for which, the application can be downloaded from the University’s Website www.pondiuni.edu.in.
