Port Blair, Jan 28: The anticipatory bail plea of Dr. R Tulsidasan will be heard by Session Court on 31st January 2013, it is learnt. Sources said that Dr. Tulsidasan is still out of Port Blair city.
On 21st January 2013, a case has been registered against Dr. Tulsidasan under section 465, 466, 471, 218, 120 (b) for forging documents on, after a couple of inquiry conducted by both Secretary of Health and Anti-Corruption Department. During the inquiry it was found that the forgery was allegedly done in connivance of some presently serving staffs and one former officer of DHS.
