Port Blair, Oct 13:The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma has deeply condoled the untimely demise of Shri Asif Ali, aged 54 years, (Revenue Inspector, Mayabunder) this evening at the GB Pant Hospital, Port Blair.
Late Asif Ali is survived by his wife Smti. Kanak Radha Chetterjee, Manager, Govt. Press and former Editor of The Daily Telegrams.
He prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and for enough strength for the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
