
Port Blair, Sept 17: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma on Friday (15.09.2023) laid the foundation stone for three important projects sanctioned under MPLADS for the benefit of the General Public of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The projects are as follows:
Construction of one small mini stadium gallery on the land in St. Mary School, Bathu Basthi for sports activities of youths at the cost of Rs. 17,52,918.
Construction of blacktop road at Ward No.3, Sippighat for a length of 110 mtrs at the cost of Rs. Rs. 17,69,381.
Construction of RCC retaining wall, PCC retaining wall, Footpath, side drain and steps at Brookshabad at the cost of Rs. 20,74,875.
These projects sanctioned as per demands raised by the public of the concerned areas are bound to bring huge relief for the residents of the region.
