Port Blair, Aug 25: On 24-08-2023 Department of Fisheries, A & N Administration, Port Blair has distributed fish seed to the farmers of the entire Campbell Bay area by means of helicopter which was long pending demand of the farmers since maximum of the population are directly involved in fish farming activity. It is pertinent to state that presently existing ponds are dried out due to the lack fish seed.
The undersigned has highly praised and applauded Department of Fisheries for providing fish seeds to the farmers of Campbell Bay and expect similar support in future for the benefit and welfare of the farmers of the Island.
