Nearly 78% of our country’s population is less than 40 years old. Imagine the potential energy in these millions of young Indians and you can then fathom the fact that we could face any challenge as a Nation,” he said by encouraging the students.
A large number of students also delivered speeches on the life of Swami ji and they took pledge that they will never forget the ideology of Swami ji and they will be always adhere the ideas of the great saint in their every step of life to make the nation vibrant.
Dr. P.K. Mandal, Lecturer of History highlighted the greatness of Swami ji and quoted some of the vibrant speech of Swami Vivekananda that “we believe that every being is divine, is God. Every soul is a sun covered over with clouds of ignorance; the difference between soul and soul is owing to the difference in density of these layers of clouds.”
“Those who work at a thing heart and soul not only achieve success in it but through their absorption in that they also realize the supreme truth—Brahman. Those who work at a thing with their whole heart receive help from God.”
“The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you free.”
Mr. Bidhu Bhusan Mondal , Assistant Professor in English proposed the vote of thanks to the gathering.
