Port Blair, July 06: To check the cleanliness and sanitation under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Mr. Naresh Chander Lal Padmashri Awardee and Ambassador Swachh Bharat Mission, A & N Islands visited Govt. Senior Secondary School Garacharama today and interacted with the students and teachers of the school and urged them to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at their school premises as well as to their respective societies. Mr. Lal also requested the students and teachers not to waste water and also urged them to keep themselves away from the ill effect of Alcoholism and drugs.
Later Mr. Lal also address at the CRC level seminar of teachers in the school. The Vice Principal of the school Mrs. Sunita Chakraborty accompanied him during the visit.
