Port Blair, June 04: Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman, Campaign Committee, ANTCC has congratulated the A & N Islands Muaythai team for their accomplishment in winning 9 medals and bringing glory to Islands in the recently held National Muaythai Championship in Chennai from 25th May to 30th May.
In a meeting held with the players at TSG Emerald View on Friday, Mr. Bhasker wished all participants the best for their future endeavors and to make islanders proud.
He added that their remarkable achievement will serve as a source of inspiration to many aspiring athletes of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He also assured to provide all possible support whenever needed.
The Gold medal was won by Mr. Jaishish. The silver medals were won by Mr. Aadhi, Mr. Chintu, Mr. Prithvi, Mr. Karthick and Mr. Venkat while bronze medals were won by Mr. Nayesa, Mr. Deepak and Mr. Aman.
