Port Blair, Jan 02: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, PCC, President, Mr. PB Murugan, Chairman, PBMC and other councillors visited Vivekananda Nagar Palika Vidyalaya, Ranchi Tikri today and interacted with the students, teachers and the management. The school has provisions for KG I to class Vth standard.
During the visit it was found that the school building requires immediate repair and maintenance. Accordingly the PCC President has requested to the Chairman, PBMC for immediate repair of the building maintenance of electrical lines.
Sharma has also requested to provide sufficient water in wash rooms and sufficient water filters, tube lights and fans for the students. Sharma has also requested for allotting a play ground for the students.
Since admission of their children in English medium schools and other such reputed schools has become a problem for the parents, Sharma has also requested to the Chairman to take immediate action for upgrading of the school.
