Port Blair, Feb 14: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Island, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma today inaugurated a new bus stand in Kanyapuram Panchayat of South Andaman. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. P Abdul Basheer, the Pradhan of Kanyapuram Panchayat, along with other Panchayat members and a large number of the general public.
During the program, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma expressed his gratitude towards the people of the region for their support and trust in him. He acknowledged the importance of a bus stand for the people of the area and hoped that the Bus Stand built by the Panchayat will bring a lot of relief and comfort to the bus passengers, especially the students, during scorching sun and rainy seasons.
The Member of Parliament also reassured the villagers that he is always available to help them and promised to extend his assistance in the future as well.
